POSTAGE & HANDLING:

Orders are sent as Receipted Delivery via Australia Post within Australia. International orders include postage and insurance. 

Freight anywhere within Australia is $12.50. Extra freight may be charged for heavier items.

Freight for international orders varies depending on location. Extra freight may be charged for heavier items.

New Zealand: $35

All other Countries: from $50

We will nofity you via email if the freight charges are extra. Products will be sent once approval has been given by the customer.

DELIVERY:

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

If there is a problem with stock availability on certain product/s we will contact you promptly.

BACK ORDERS:

If you have been notified that an item/s is on back order, they will be sent to you as soon as they become available again.

RETURNS POLICY:

 We are happy to exchange wherever possible. Goods must not be worn or used and have all labels & packaging still intact. When goods are returned for the wrong size we expect the customer to pay the postage both ways.

We guarantee that all personal customer information aquired is kept on our own private customer database and will not be shown, sold or given to any third party. Once your order has been processed at our Parramatta store, the print-out and electronic file containing your credit card details is destroyed.
